Can I just bitch about doctors for a second? Does anyone know why the hell the little nurses ask you a bunch of questions, like if you're allergic to any medications, if the doctor is just going to come in 5 minutes later and ask the EXACT same things? I mean, the nurse put my answers into my file, is the following doctor illiterate? Why can she just not look at the info I gave 5 minutes ago, I can assure you it has not changed. ALSO. How the hell am I supposed to know what antibiotics I've been on in the past. Why are you asking me? Is that not what your fucking charts are for? And god, she's asking me the history of my fucking tailbone cyst and when I first got it and what happened and when it flared up again and really, it doesn't say that on the computer in front of you? I don't know when EXACTLY everything happened, I didn't think I had to go out of my way to memorize every single medical move ever made on me - I thought that's why you, you know, wrote shit down. If you don't record ACTUAL data, what the fuck DO you record?
