Butcher paper, you know. Big pieces of paper that you can write a lot of stuff down on. Timelines. Arrows. That is my ideal thing for tracking plotlines. I have never had the opportunity.
Might rewrite it. Kind of tired of fic, though. No worries: I'll make it through a year of Smut Tuesdays and we can have our 75 fics party, but kind of flagging in general.
Firstly, I love your french manicure! (if your nails even are french manicured..with the white bit..) Mine have been growing out lately for the first time in AGES but they haven't got that long yet - except one nail. (but omg. It is so much harder typing with longer nails)
Secondly, its amazing how much detail you remember and that you knew to post-it those particular pages!! I think there must be something wrong with me because I can *never* remember details in books... I guess thats why I stopped reading HP after the third cause after i read them, I just forget everything lol.
I bet there's so much that I never even noticed before, that I will be sure to pick up on this time.
That *is* the nice thing I find about books when I read them, though. If I can find a series of books that I really like and stick with them, then I sometimes re-read and find to much stuff that I never saw before.
AHHH THANKS!!! Those are my real nails!! I've NEVER had them this long and healthy in my whole life. and my mom actually did that manicure. the one i got at the salon started chipping like, instantly. so i got pissed/impatient and took it off like a week ago and my mom redid it. lol it lasted better than the one that cost me $20. it IS harder to type! and to text!! and open soda cans!

Yeah, and that's why Harry stayed a normal-looking human. Albeit naked, but still. OH I GOT IT. I KNOW WHY HARRY GOT THE CHOICE. Because he had enough soul to do so. His soul was still full and complete, whereas Voldemort's was only 1/7th of what it should have been.
It's easy, isn't it? Snape never cared for Harry, he hated him because he was James' son. But he had Lily's eyes - that's why it has always been so important for JKR to stress on that fact

Okay that makes total sense. You explained it wonderfully. That's so interestng... how one would feel towards the child of their enemy AND the love of their life. How conflicted. That would suck so hard. I'm glad his love of Lily overpowered his hate of James.
and i suppose you could be right about the King's Cross thing too. I'm sure Neville, Ron, or Hermione would have eventually killed Nagini anyway, but idk if harry felt like taking the chance.
He couldn't be sure they would survive and those three were the only people knowing about Nagini (although Neville didn't actually know the complete truth about it).
And then there's the thing about the Hallows... and that the last enemy to be killed is death itself (or something similar to it). Harry had two of the Hallows and he knew that there would be a good chance to overcome death with them because he did not fear it unlike Voldemort.
But didn't you need all three? i thought he overcame death because he had love and yes, like you said, a NON-fear of death. idk how much of a role the Hallows ended up actually playing as a set, seeing as even when he got ahold of them all, he was willing to let them all go. (except for the Cloak. ♥)
