Yesterday's experiment in going into work (as opposed to working from home) was an abject failure. My ankle is okay if I keep it elevated consistently, but sitting at a desk all day increases the swelling and pain quite a bit. Yesterday, I was full of ennui. Work has been frustrating, and I've been circling around on the same tasks for what seems like weeks. I got home, and felt similarly out of sorts.

I want to write something that's a meaningful record of my accomplishments this year without it turning into a tedious list of goals to cross off. I completed my August goal of "keep track of everything I eat for a month." That's my first item officially crossed off the new listMy weight is holding steady at 171.2.
