walking in Bucharest

This will be a massive picspam of views seen while walking in Bucharest. The weather was dreary, overcast with occasional drizzle. The camera is a phone camera so don't expect anything spectacular, but you will get a good sense of how the city looks like, at least in the old center area.

Wow, there is some amazing architecture! I also loved "store cat", and the fact that the pub owner put a heater outside for smokers really is kind and considerate. I know I'd appreciate it as a smoker. Thanks for sharing. :)

My sister is a smoker and she appreciated the heaters very much. It's been 2 years since they passed a law forbidding all indoor smoking in any public establishments. The pub owners had to find solutions to keep their customers...

The store cat was adorable and not frightened by the many customers in the book store. Very laid back cat!

These are beautiful photos. I was sad to see the graffiti on the university, though. I haven't been to Bucharest in so long, but still these photos bring back so many memories. Thank you for taking/sharing them!
