walking in Bucharest

This will be a massive picspam of views seen while walking in Bucharest. The weather was dreary, overcast with occasional drizzle. The camera is a phone camera so don't expect anything spectacular, but you will get a good sense of how the city looks like, at least in the old center area.

The graffiti painted on the University, does the government/council have a work group that goes around cleaning off graffiti? Otherwise graffiti attracts more graffiti.

I am not sure how they deal with graffiti. Does the University pay for it, does the municipality? I have no idea. It's been a long time since the University has been cleaned, that's for sure. Many other historical buildings have suffered a similar fate. There's no respect for history anymore. Graffiti could be art, the art born of rebellion. This is just cheap vandalism.
