In what other languages there are long personal pronouns (more that 1-2 syllables), like "wata(ku)shi" in Japanese or "жасасын" in Kazakh?

And vosotros instead of ustedes in Spain.

Similarly colloquial French (and Cajun) nousautres, vousautres (although the third syllable is often dropped in casual speech).

And Italian - Noialtri, voialtri. That is often spelled as two separate words, but in Roman dialect it is always noartri.

There are "long" polite forms of personal pronouns in other Turkic and in Mongolic languages. For example
In Gagauz: жанабин (1p. sg.), жанабиниз (1p. pl.), жанаби(си) (2p. sg.) and жанабилери (2p. pl.)
In Buryat: бидэнэр, бидэнэд (we, polite form) and also маанар, маанад (1p.), таанар, таанад (2p.)
In Uzbek and Uyghur: силер, сизлер etc.

But that is not a pronoun, it is an adjective. As I might say "io sottoscritto" with the exact same meaning.

It's still conjugated as third person.

The plural personal pronouns in Ubykh are ʃɨʁʷɜɬɜ we, us and ɕʷɨʁʷɜɬɜ you all, although in the speech of Tevfik Esenç these tended to be reduced to ʃɜɬɜ and ɕʷɜɬɜ (both of which were rejected utterly by all other speakers).

Most Tok Pisin nonsingular pronouns are three syllables or more, e.g. mitupela (1P excl. dual), yumitupela (2P incl. dual), yutupela (2P dual), etc. (Full chart available here.)
