Aw. I wish I knew how to write in Vietnamese. I've worked at a Vietnamese restaurant for like two years, so I've picked up a few things, but I have no idea how to spell them out with those crazy tone/accents and whatnot...
my best guess would be:
"go" is "đi" and "team" is "đoi" and then "Vietnam" is "Việt Nam"
So something like "đi đoi Việt Nam!" But, that's a direct translation of the word "go", so I'm not sure it's what you're looking for.
In unrelated news: w00t, Phoenix. It's getting rather hot out here, isn't it??
You work at a Vietnamese place in Phoenix? I live here, too, and am always up for Vietnamese food. I work at a sushi place in Scottsdale, Dozo Japanese Cuisine.
Well, actually I usually live in Tucson, so I work down there~ I'm just currently in Phoenix visiting people & whatnot. Sushi, though, is something that I can not get enough of. 8)
Like limit_breaker had said, "go" means "đi" in Vietnamese but it just literally translated. In your case, we'd translate "go" as in the meaning of "try hard", "do your best" = "cố lên":
"GO TEAM VIETNAM!" = "Team Vietnam cố lên!" or "Đội Việt Nam cố lên!"
"GO FOR THE GOLD!" = "Giành chiến thắng" (chiến thắng = to win)
