Books I've read recently

I'm not good at these book review things. Despite my English degree, for some reason I don't do well with summaries or criticism, at least not for casual reading and writing. This entry -- and I hope to make a habit of making more like it because I feel like I should -- is a collection of my most rudimentary thoughts on the books listed below

I keep trying, but I can't read Tolkien. I finally, finally made it through Fellowship and I just don't think I can continue.

I thought Two Towers was somewhat better. Treebeard has great stories and poems.
