Today I managed to come home from work, put on my yoga pants, hang out in my house like a bum for an hour, go to my yogalates class, do yogalates for an hour and a half, and come home before realizing I had my pants on backwards.

I've been such a little hermit this entire summer, and I had such grand plans to travel everywhere and do everything, which obviously got derailed by my freakish ability to injure myself.
