Breakfast: 2 slices wheat toast lightly buttered with smart balance spread and 1 pkg instant oatmeal with 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar. Total, roughly 350 calories.
FINALLY! Today is like the first day in a couple of weeks that I haven't gone ape shit and eaten everything in sight. And I actually checked the nutritional content. Woot Woot!
Well, I have semi fallen of the bandwagon and it's time to get back on the wagon.
I have done well with my water drinking, eating whole grains, and not drinking pop. My exercising has been good, though erratic, and my portions have grown a little.
My head is spinning and I don't know how to sort everything that is swirling around. My dad thinks I am worrying over nothing, and frankly, he can fuck himself. He's an idiot

weigh in last night.... I was dreading doing it because I ate garbage all week with crazy big portions and virtually no exercise. It was NOT a good week. Damn the holidays.
Anyway............ I MAINTAINED!
`Still 214.0 exactly. No gain, no loss. I can live with that.
