Well, I have semi fallen of the bandwagon and it's time to get back on the wagon.

I have done well with my water drinking, eating whole grains, and not drinking pop. My exercising has been good, though erratic, and my portions have grown a little.

So time to get back on track. Yay!

I feel like I have too, despite still working out every day and not going over cals much if at all. :( Its cuz the scale SUCKS.

I decided today that I'm REALLY not going to drink cokes anymore- at all- and I'm going to not allow carbs after lunch.
