*pets* don't feel bad...i can't seem to get started working on chapter 20 (21? i forget, it's been so long) of TSC. i'm going to have it dont by the end of january, though. i will! (maybe.) *sigh*

nice of you to think of bringing stuff for your patients. i know that would cheer me up if i was stuck in hospital on new year's. you're such a nice woman. :)

I'm not that nice, sweetie. I just don't like seeing other people unhappy. You know that. So, I'll do my thing and try to cheer us all up. I might even give a cookie to the ass that decided to break my fingers. I never hold a grudge for long. I hope you have something fun to do tonight. I know you can't get out much, but maybe your visit will be great!

My sons & I did Trigun some yrs. back. It is still a family favorite. Just could NOT resolve the last few eps. of that series where Wolfwood was concerned. He was one of our fav. characters. Really wanted to see Knives buy it in the end. Don't know if the story cont. in manga or not as we have only seen the anime'. It is a fun series overall.

Well, I can tell you that I just ordered the 11 volumes of manga that are currently translated into English and....Wolfwood lives!

PLEASE tell me where you got them from!? Does the story line go w/ the anime'? Would love to know why they offed him in the anime' if he isn't dead in the series!!! Thanks so much for the update!

I won't know for sure until the books arrive, but from reading around the LJ comms, the anime and the manga are different in a lot of ways. Kinda like FMA.
I ordered them from Amazon.com, my favorite internet suck the money from my wallet shopping place.

Yeah, the thing posted twice. Sorry. Hmmm, Amaretto in coffee...like the sound of that! We are definitely internet challenged this weekend..hope it is not a sign of things to come in 2007!

Sounded good to me, too. Heck, if you can have champagne and orange juice for breakfast, why not coffee and amaretto. Irish coffee works for me, too.
2007 is once again the year of the Pig according to the Chinese. My birth year was Pig so supposedly good things will happen for me this year. It would be nice.
