My lips are sealed. Anyway, you're just brave enough to say what most of us are already thinking. Some people just think they're too mature for silliness. What stressed, lonely, sad existences they must lead. May I never grow up. :) As a sign of my enduring silliness, I shall sign as my favorite character to channel.
E. Rochester and I were talking about this last night in terms of what reasons we have been given. I don't care that Betty and Neil (where on earth did you get those names from?) have decided to leave, but I do care that one of their main arguments was the "time commitment". Seriously? I mean, seriously? We take, what six or so hours to throw together a show? Yes, that's costly. Absolutely. If you haven't learned time management for six hours by now, you're going to need more than this breather to prepare for the "real world
( ... )
Heh. Betty, Neil and Lulie came from an episode of "Friends" that popped into my head when I was debating whether or not to write this entry. Phoebe sings a totally non-hypothetical song which begins, "There was a girl, let's call her Betty/ And a guy, let's call him Neil/ Now, I can't stress this point to strongly/ This story isn't real" and ends with, "Will Betty be the one who he loves truly/ Or will it be the one who we'll call... Lulie?" I agree that it's especially aggravating since we're making a name for ourselves and actually have commitments to organizations beyond ourselves. Anyway. Hooray for Silly Time With Us!
