dearly beloved, we gather here to say our goodbyes...

So not much has happened in the past week.  I spoke with the roommie last night and we caught up; she had been on a cruise so for a week, I didn't really talk to people because no one was around.  The parents were out of town to a secret location (well, I know but I'm not telling) and thus, it ( Read more... )

God likes it when people question him; He wants us to have opinions and them to be different from his. That means that we're thinking for ourselves and not following the herd like sheep.

That's my thoughts on The Man, at least.

Kansas is one of the flatest states in the nation - Nebraska holds that title. I have only been to western Kansas (there is a major difference in the two), but it is nice. There is A LOT of farmland outside of the suburbs of Kansas City. These farms go on forever.

Kansas is also part of the Bible Belt; the people can be extremely religous and rigid in their ways. They are very conservative about everything; they drive slowly and talk slowly. However, they can be extremely polite and generous to a certain degree.

It's not my favorite place that I've lived, but I will not end up here when the working world starts; I will not apply to jobs out here. However, it does for the time being and it could be a lot worse.

Do you like where you are? Did you like living in Philly? I didn't visit it much when I lived on the east coast.

Dear Republican,

I am delaying the real world one year, to attend Bloomsburg University for a year, and i will be approximately one hour from SU. We will tear up the bar with all of our milky drinks.

Dear Republican,

I think that having you near once again will be amazing. Now that I have officially turned the age of 21 which allows me and other Americans to legally drink alcohol out in public, I think that it is only appropriate that we meet at bars and drink milky drinks. What else would republicans do?

Love,
Republican.
