Kansas is also part of the Bible Belt; the people can be extremely religous and rigid in their ways. They are very conservative about everything; they drive slowly and talk slowly. However, they can be extremely polite and generous to a certain degree.
It's not my favorite place that I've lived, but I will not end up here when the working world starts; I will not apply to jobs out here. However, it does for the time being and it could be a lot worse.
Do you like where you are? Did you like living in Philly? I didn't visit it much when I lived on the east coast.

Philly is interesting. I have mixed feelings about it. Where I live now it'd actually really nice, like the nicest part I've seen of Philly, but I want to move closer. The company I interned and hope to get hired with is across the street from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, so I would like to live near there for a while. I probably would like Philly more if I had more or friends to hang out with. There are fun things to do. University City, where Penn is, is a pretty happening place....
