Just found it, and it absolutely knocked me down. Sam trying to investigate, while ignoring how he can hardly stand upright, Gene's reactions, the moments everyone realizes it's real, the humor and banter which just makes good angst for me (I can't resist the thought of them joking while wondering if one of them is going to die), the whole 'it's just a coma' denial-episode, and all of it. It just blew me away!
