As expected, less developed countries are seen as places fostering higher levels of corruption, while more developed nations supposedly exhibit less corruption. This recipe was inspired by my roommate who mentioned how much she loved the topping of my apple pie.

Crunchy Caramel Munchies

Munchies:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine

Caramel:
1 tbsp margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
4 to 6 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp softened margarine

Topping:
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water
