And obviously, not around, lol. I've just been feeling sick lately. Massive headaches, my leg pains are back and worse than ever, sinus pressure... it all adds up to one frustrated and sick Sarah

Hope you're feeling better soon! That's no fun being sick the week of your birthday. :(
Since I was 13 years old, I've enjoyed doing something low key on my birthday (I didn't even have a sweet 16 party). My 24th birthday was back in April (my golden birthday, in fact). On it, my mom and I went shopping and then went to dinner at TGI Fridays. Very simple and lots of fun.
I admit, I'm the same way. Very low key I mean. Even my 21st birthday wasn't a big drinking fest. And I think, low key will be the name of the game this year. I'm kind of scared about turning 24 because I'm jobless and living at home so I'm trying to pretend it's not happening, lol.
Mine wasn't either. I had a few drinks out at a restaurant with my parents at dinner, then went home and had some wine with my mom while listening to music. But, not enough booze to not remember the evening.

But, you are in a Masters program and are working towards becoming a librarian, which is something to be very proud of! Lots of 24 year olds are still chipping away at getting their bacholar degrees and not sure what they want to do with themselves. (But, I do understand why turning 24 might freak you out.)
I believe Nightmare comes out on the 20th too. Haha nothing good for a week, I guess!
I actually liked high Meredith too. And I really don't like her - a friend of mine was an extra on GA last year and she said that chick is SUCH a bitch in real life. So I like her even less than most.
I can believe that! She seems like she'd be a bitch. Honestly, she's got that kind of face which I know sounds weird but sometimes a person's facial expressions just make me think, "that person's a snot." or something ya know?
I hope you're feeling better soon!!! My last birthday was really low key. i didn't want to do anything. I spent it with my family. I ususlly don't do anything big. i don't like all that attention center on me.
this last month i watched north and south and i totally fall in love of it. It was so good. i totally loved it and Mr. Thorton!!! He was ssuch a great character. richard armitage did an amazing job.
i totally agree with you about grey's anatomy. izzie and denny don't do anything on me. i never quiet understand that couple. during the last scene everyone is saying that they cry but for me it was okay. nothing special.
Richard Armitage did a phenomenal job. The rest of the cast was good too, but he by far stole the show. Just love, love, love him.
yeah, Izzie and Denny just don't work for me. I'm not sure why because the first episode he was in, I found their flirting cute and just kind of nice, but as they dragged that storyline out to unrealistic proportions, I just came to really dislike it.
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling a bit sick :( That sucks, especially with your birthday coming up as well. But I hope you feel better soon and the decorating thing sounds wonderful. I hope it turns out so great!
Thank you! I'm huddling with blankets and cold meds so hopefully that will help.
I'll try to take pictures of the cupcakes. I've seen such amazing cupcakes lately and while I know mine won't look like that, I think it will still be fun to do.
Aw, sorry you're sick! I hope you feel better for your birthday -- cupcakes should make things a little nicer, anyway. And yeah, I wish birthdays would always fall on weekends. Mine's on a Thursday this year, but I've decided to celebrate on Friday since it's close enough.
I would do the same if mine was on Thursday. My mom suggested that but I was like, nah, it's more fun to celebrate on the actual day. though maybe I'll take in a birthday movie on Friday.
