Hi there folks! I and my happy little leopard gecko Tokai are doing ok; due to vet's orders I soak her once a week. However, since it's still cold where I live, the warm water almost immediately loses heat. Researching the subject can lead to very mixed conclusions. Some people say Leopard Geckos absolutely need crickets because mealworms have harder exoskeletons and less protein/calcium. After two vet visits, part of Rufio's tail fell off a few days ago :( He had another appointment today, but my boy is being so lethargic lately. He hasn't eaten a worm in a while (even before the tip fell off). He shed a few days ago, but I can't confirm if he ate the shed or not (he's sneaky and fussy sometimes).
