it's funny, my stepmom suggests writing down my thoughts then throwing them away and never looking back. I have never agreed with that. Yeah, sometimes looking at old thoughts and journals can be a painful reminder of the past, but often I also can see how much I have grown and changed. Or stayed the same in ways that count.

This was really cool happening upon again... my uncle has some intelligent and wise stuff to say, and this was a good reminder to stay strong and be happy with me, and not settle for something less than a good match. :)

Glad it was here for you to glean some good from as well! :)
