I started playing around on the Fitocracy website over the holiday and I'm surprised at how much I like it and am sticking with it. The site basically takes workout tweeting apps like Runkeeper a step further and makes it a social game where you get points for completing fitness 'quests', you can 'level up' and compete with yourself, friends or ( Read more... ) -

Rarely see much made-for-TV material these days but glad I made an exception for the remarkable series 'Slings and Arrows'. I knew I was going to have a rough time with the Lear episodes the moment I realised how much the actor playing him looked like my dad. I'm totally gutted right now, but in a good ,cathartic way. Crossfit?
Droping in out of the blue. HI!
Wondering if any of you have done Crossfit ? I'm considering trying the programme at the Toronto facility. I don't think I'm physically ready to try to go back to circus conditioning classes and I lack the self-motivation to do open circus gym on my own . I would post more but am currently dancing 8 hours a day. Dance,eat,dance,eat,dance,eat,sleep . Not much time for anything else for the next six days.

Arrived in Goa yesterday. My flights via Brussels and Mumbai went smoothly and I had enough space to stretch out and get a little sleep during the first part. We had a five hour wait in Mumbai from 11pm to 5am so nothing at the airport was open and trying to sleep there wasn't easy. Disturbing Thought
Is it possible that Microsoft has made something that appeals to me? Looking at this, I get the impression that the Courier tablet is much more like something I'd actually use than the entirely uninteresting iPad.
Acknowledging this makes me feel soiled somehow....
