Had our first ER visit today - little Skig fell on his face and busted his nose on a thinly carpeted concrete floor. He cried for a couple of minutes, had a minor nosebleed, but to be sure he'd be okay, we took him up to Des Moines to the ER ( Read more... )

Baby is still sick, though feeling better - he's incredibly whiny now, and protests vigorously when you take away something he'd been playing with. XD We think he may have an ear infection, though, because his balance is a little off. We're watching carefully. No fever today, though, so we might be on the upswing ( Read more... )

Dead tired; hope I'm not getting whatever has attacked the Skig. He seems to be resting comfortably, which means I should rest, too.
