...from working the proud to run race this morning. i was on my feet pretty much constantly for four hours, and i got a lot of sun, and i was up at 3:30, accidentally.
but the thing that hurts the most is actually my hands, from clapping to urge the runners on. i have a good, loud, carrying clap, but it takes its toll.
