I know I saw at least one short-row heel on the completed projects on Ravelry, so it could work out! (I'm not really sold on short row heels yet ._. I tried it once and it kind of ended in tears, but I mean to try it again sometime).

Mohair is always scary. ._. I don't know why people love Cracksilk Haze so much, but to each her own, and I haven't actually tried knitting with it. It might work out okay in a regular wool/silk mix, though?
