Oh my God, this is hilarifying. And what do you mean - of course it's gen! You're talking about canon pairings, here.

I feel at some point during the wedding, Spock shows up and whisks Jim away into the nearest gazebo or whatever, and Uhura and Bones get to have some kind of tango on the dance floor. Which Bones is completely inept at, but nobody's watching him, anyway.
