It feels odd to be writing a historical AU that's not all about the costume porn. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be saying anything, because Projects I Write About tend to be Projects I Don't Write. I almost have a plot, I don't want to spoil this momentum!

I have found the most gorgeous green velvet coat in Monsoon (kradie will understand why I crave one). It feels lovely, it has loose sleeves and, best of all, it has POCKETS.
