Well that was an eventful morning. I went back to my regular exercise class today, except instead of being one of the light LBT classes, it was full on Body Attack class, where you don't stop moving the whole time. There's lots of running, jumping, lunges, curls and various other movements. It's primarily a cardio workout but the do toning too. ( Read more... )

Last night was kind of fun and kinda not in different ways. So I went out to Embrace with a couple of my course mates, the DJ was a bit rubbish, he liked to talk too much and repeated songs. It appears that the summer internship is still all go!!! I got some more information about it yesterday, basically I work for 5 weeks, get one week off and then work for another 2 weeks. Day 7 of the cold that just seems to not want to go away. Actually my head doesn't feel like it's full of cotton wool anymore but I have a nose like a tap. My nan past away this morning. It's weird because nan has been suffering with dimensia for almost 5 years, for the past couple of months she has mostly been sleeping all day. But it was very very quick.
