(no subject)
It appears that the summer internship is still all go!!! I got some more information about it yesterday, basically I work for 5 weeks, get one week off and then work for another 2 weeks. Well, when I say work, it's more like attend presentations and training sessions, the whole Japanese new recruit stuff I imagine, which is SWEET. I have to pay for the flights, which isn't so good, but they pay for my accommodation and give me 5000Yen a day, which is like 100,000 a month, which I know one of my housemates in Tokyo got as an intern and he had to pay his rent out of that. Oh plus they cover all our transport costs!
So, around early August I am going to have a week free to roam around Japan...or spend in Tokyo....so go to Korea or China or something. My bank balance is weeping at the thought, whilst I am weeping at the thought of Nagoya in summer! Oh plus coz I will have weekends of naturally, if people want to visit Nagoya or something or Gifu or somewhere in that region it would be cool too.
