mistletoe - set sometime in December
Helen remembered all too well how the island's version of mistletoe worked and she'd tried her best to not get caught under it as she had last year. After John's arrival, Helen had been more than a little unsettled and it took some doing to manage to get Kate alone in the vet's office without Coraline or Hiccup underfoot. Not that Helen thought Hiccup would do anything rash but Coraline would and the last thing she wanted was to endanger a little girl under her care because of John's showing ( Read more... ) -

After seeing John off, as it was, Helen was sort of loose ends rattling around her hut-now-house waiting on Will to get home. She sort of wanted to seek him out directly but, considering John was out there and may or may not be sane, she didn't want to take the risk of him catching her unawares ( Read more... ) -
[Wedding] - timed to 26 November
Even Helen Magnus, for all she'd seen and done, had wedding fantasies as a little girl. They'd been simpler then, pretty blue dresses and spring bouquets and she'd even had a face to put on them once: John Druitt.
