I went for the 7.20 vivocity screening but they chased us all out due to a major technical error! Gv vivocity asked us to queue for a refund thereafter. It is totally unprofessional that they do not have contingency plans to relocate us to another cinema instead. Fans have held great anticipation and came all the way for today. This is really horrible. Have you feedback to their customer service?! Sorry to hear that the screening at vivocity was cancelled :(

I was one of the "victims" too.
Just a complimentary movie ticket!? That is not going to make-up the anticipation we had.

Just a suggestion, if you do not receive a reply after like 3 working days or more, you can try leaving a post at Mr Popcorn page on facebook. Mr popcorn does give fast replies! I hope you guys do have the re-screening! :)

plaza 7pm here. i was at the back, to the left
the sound quality was kind of...disappointing
can hardly hear tetsuya -_-

i'm very sorry to hear what happened at vivo.
the complimentary tickets don't seem helpful. i'd be so pissed if my screening were cancelled. how can any random movie make up for the greatness that is laraku?!
I think it would have made more sense if they re-allocated the screening to another theatre... if they lacked spare theatres, they should at least open up another screening on another date for the people who missed out on this one due to their inadequacy.

goes to show they have no understanding of what their customers want.
