I went for the 7.20 vivocity screening but they chased us all out due to a major technical error! Gv vivocity asked us to queue for a refund thereafter. It is totally unprofessional that they do not have contingency plans to relocate us to another cinema instead. Fans have held great anticipation and came all the way for today. It is unfair to us fans if there is no confirmation on a re-screening. It is insufficient to just compensate fans with free tickets cos nothing compares to watching the concert itself! I would like to appeal for all larc fans to help on this grievance!
