I went for the 7.20 vivocity screening but they chased us all out due to a major technical error! Gv vivocity asked us to queue for a refund thereafter. It is totally unprofessional that they do not have contingency plans to relocate us to another cinema instead. Fans have held great anticipation and came all the way for today. They really spoilt my night! I have wrote them a complaint...not sure
If it will work....

Hi
I had bought tickets to watch the 7.20pm one night screening of l'arc-en-ciel 20th anniversary with a friend at vivocity on 26 nov 11.

As a fan of the band, I had held great anticipation for the concert screening as I was not able to attend the actual concert in may this year.

I was already taken aback when we audience have to put up with at least 20 mins of waiting while gv try to solve the technical issue in the screening. I was entirely shocked and disappointed when gv eventually announced all to make their way to the box office for a refund, with no confirmation that we audience will definitely get a re-screening.

The screening is no ordinary movie screening but a one night only concert screening! It is hard for the organiser to truly understand how vividly a fan will be angered for being deprived of their idols for a fault that do not lie with them!

The organiser should not only have checked their systems are in working condition prior to the screening, but should also have contingency plans to relocate audience in case of emergency. For the least, there should be a refund made within the cinema hall itself instead of making your customers queue at the box office for a refund out of professionalism.

Although gv has refunded us for the tickets and issued us complimentary movie tickets, the organiser has to understand that no other compensation is good enough than a re-screening for a fan. The fan only wishes to watch the concert and no other kind of movies.

A couple of the audience including myself have left our particulars at the counter with the manager Mary, who said that gv will call to update us on the re-screening again. We hope there will not be another round of disappointment and the organiser keeps to their promises.

Being a gv club member, I am utterly disappointed with gv tonight. I hope gv will give us, fans of larcenciel, a professional and satisfactory reply non-other than a free re-screening of the concert.
