its 4am and i still cant sleep. i have to be up at 7. i've given up on sleeping pills. drinking is the only thing that puts me to sleep.

it seems like thats the only thing that gets me through.

it seems like i dont really write in this thing anymore. i looked back on previous months and saw the times that i'd have 2-3 posts a day. what changed? well, i've begun to internalize a lot of conflicts. i dont need the support of others to get me through conflicts. as a matter of fact, i dont want the help of others to get me through conflicts.
