OMG, you guys.
So.
Last weekend we went to a local Mexican restaurant for dinner. They had a new item on the menu: chile en nogada. It was love at first sight.

BUT, the waiter said they didn't have it because it is seasonal. I asked when they would have it again and he told me they'd have it for sure this week. So
