...Clone Wars actually has an episode arc where Obi-Wan is captured by slavers, whipped, and forced into slavery. (And yes, the whipping is on screen, how is this a children's cartoon?)
All this needs is for Qui-Gon to randomly show up and my brief stay in TPM fandom years ago will have been animated.

I swear, I bounce back into this fandom once a decade.
So, for reasons that don't need exploring at this juncture, I've watched a bunch of Star Wars: The Clone Wars in the past week - the still-running CGI one that started in 2008, not the butt-ugly one from 2003.
