Alright, you technological geniuses, I am in need of some help.

My ethernet card seems to be screwy. I plug it in to a network that I know should be working, because other people can get signal, but I get nothing. When I plug in, the little lights in the back still light up.

Any ideas?

Orientation, tutoring interview, and cable installation, all in one day! The house is slowly coming together. My goal is to have pictures up by Sunday.

Dinner tonight - Summer spectactular

Pan-fried lime fish
Orange Roughy, cut into small chunks (maybe 2 inches square), marinated in Tequila Lime marinade (I used Lowry's out of the bottle)

I heard a news story on how Virginia Tech is reopening Norris Hall (site of the horrible shooting last year), and that a major new use of the building is to house a center to "study the causes of violence and find scientific solutions".

My very first thought was "Oh no! Reavers!"
