Okayyyyyyyyyyyy... So, the officer who wrote my ticket at the accident (Mr. GrumpyPants) not only took a week to write his report (supposed to be 24 hours) he also wrote me a ticket for "failure to notify DMV". Well, I took that to be Failure to Notify DMV of my status as an Oregon Resident. Turns out, that's not what that ticket is for. Officer
