I'm eighteen. That's so freaking cool. Went driving with Mom this morning to get party shtuff from Stop & Shop -- I'm so good at that whole not-crashing-into-things thing. It's pretty sweet. Anyways, yeah. I'm now legal. In many ways.

I've got a long-ass rehearsal to go to in a bit, but I drove SEAMLESSLY to Walgreens just now, so it's a good day. Capitalism will, until the end of the term, consist of research in the library, and I'm so glad. I can just roll out of bed and stumble over three feet, and voila. So my mom goes down into the basement to check on our wine supply, and discovers that a hot water pipe has been busted for a while and is steadily spraying water all over the place. Lovely. I'm only six days away from turning eighteen, which is kind of mind-trip, but tres exciting.
