So, a lot of things have been going on lately. After the last post, my mother was diagnosed as borderline bipolar and also with having an iron defficiency so sever that she was on the verge of needing a transfusion to fix it. Writing was going really well until I was almost finished with chapter four of "FW" and then realized that it didn't really work as a follower of chapter three. Luckily, all the work won't be wasted; I'll just move it to chapter five and it'll be fine. After ages of being a sloth, I've decided to get back on a schedule with writing. I started on Monday and am already seeing results. I finally finished chapter 3 of "Forgotten Warrior", although it still needs read over and some editing. I was messing with my hair this morning and found not one, but two white hairs. It's not a big shock - one of my brothers went totally grey by the time he was 27 - but 24 is still a little soon. All in all I finished four puppets so far; Steelers player, Bills player, a Belle inspired princess, and an Inuyasha one. The Inuyasha one was for me to see how well I could translate a defined character. I think he came out okay although I'm not thrilled with his eyes (not grumpy enough, I think). Every once in a while, I get in the mood to do some arts and crafts. Sometimes it's crochet, sometimes it's sketching, sometimes it's salt dough figures. This time it was felt hand puppets.
