I'm going to try something starting today, stay off Facebook for one week. OMG it's so hard already! I normally keep my posts here as "friends only". So drop me a note here if you want an add. We'll see how long I can keep this experiment of willpower going.

Facebook froze my account until I give them my real name. I don't really want to do that. I always knew it was a matter of time. Over two weeks and I haven't even mentioned The Damned show at The Casbah. Pretty cool to get to see them in such a small venue. Waaaay worth the $20 ticket.

I didn't take these pictures, my (much taller) friend Todd did. But you can see how small the place is. And how easy it was to get up close.

Pierce has been asking us to go on a picnic. Jeff and I were a little worse for the wear from Friday night. Getting out and walking around did us some good. We went to Mission Trails park over by the dam and walked around. Perfect weather! No too hot or cold.

I got an awesome purple orchid at work last week. So far, I haven't killed it. I have it on the corner of my desk. I've always liked orchids, not sure why I never realized they were my favorite until now.
