(no subject)
I got an awesome purple orchid at work last week. So far, I haven't killed it. I have it on the corner of my desk. I've always liked orchids, not sure why I never realized they were my favorite until now.
Thanks to shamafrog for lending me the first Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) book. I've been reading a little every night. So far it seems the TV show follows the book pretty closely with only a few variations. I am enjoying the depth of the characters you don't get from the show, so it makes for good reading and not rehash.
Last night I started feeling itchy in my nose and all over. Dreading catching the cold or flu. I took my vitamins and skipped the gym so I could rest up. Feeling ok today. Hope I dodged a bullet.
Halloween, oooohhh halloween is almost here and it's barely dawned on me.
