Bugger it!!!

Stupid Idaho!!!

All that rain, right? Still raining. About 3 days worth at this point.....only now? it's trying to snow. In June.

DAMNIT!!!!!

It rained like a son-of-a-bitch for about 15 minutes or so today. Lightning, thunder, the whole nine yards. And now? An hour later? Lots of blue with some clouds and bright sunshine.

Thunder and lightning and wind and rain, oh boy!! It's getting uber close (like half a second between the lightning flash and the boom of the thunder) so I am sure running away. Yay for storms. :-D

So yesterday was actually a pretty good day. There is this woman my husband works with - April, her name is - and we went to Tremonton to hang out with her and her family. Being as how I'm working with pots on a porch, it isn't much, but ( here it is.... )

One of my neighbors made the coolest thing. He took a 3 foot section of 3 inch diameter PVC pipe, capped one end, drilled a line of holes along the top and capped the other end with an attachment for a propane tank. Sets it on the floor, puts his stereo speaker right up against the plain capped end, plugs the propane into the other end and turns ( Read more... )

Back story. When Micaela was about 3 and a half, we got concerned about her speech patterns and the fact that we were the only ones who could understand her. Even then, that understanding was ...oh, less than 75% of the time. Other people without daily contact with her needed a translator.
