Does anyone have any experience/knowledge if dry milk (reconstituted, obviously) is any good for bleaching out tans? See, I got 5 or 6 bags of dry milk and I can't drink the stuff, it tastes awful, so I thought I could use some of it to get rid of the minor tan I have on my arms and shoulders.
