I am down again. Horribly down. I don't know why, although there are a few things that it could be.

Yesterday had the potential to be dangerous, but thankfully things got sorted out. It wasn't even big, just that I'd made a mistake that I shouldn't have made. Some chick came in over the weekend and wanted a refund on an internet prepaid voucher. We' ( Read more... )

I know how you feel about the voucher thing. I had a similar thing at Kmart, with canceling a mobile phone voucher. It turns out I had canceled it properly, but it didn't show up on the cash register because they did it wrong at the returns desk, but I got the blame until they worked it out. I've never felt so awful in my life. I don't know what it is about that kind of situation, but I think it gets to everyone. Maybe its that whole being judged thing by other people. Oh well. I hope everything turns out ok. Stay cool!
