Day 5: A place you've been to.

I do a lot of traveling... I've been all around the world from France to Bermuda... But I have to say that one of my favorite places to be is near the ocean. As you can imagine we do a lot of cruising for that reason. This photo is from Cabo San Lucas.

Oven Potato Fries! 

• 3 Pds Russet Potatoes
• Cooking Spray (*Preferably Olive Oil*) 
  
• 2 Tbsps Canola Oil
  
• Kosher Salt and Pepper (*To Taste*) 

Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch wide strips.  In a large bowl cover potato strips in water and refrigerate 3 hours, or until to 8 hours.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Drain potatoes and pat mostly dry.  Toss potatoes ( Read more... )
