This week has been absolutely amazing! I went to CFC for the Celebrate Women's Conference where we celebrate...women!!! I quit at the end of day 3. Since I've been working out, I just wasn't getting enough calories to stay active.

I forgot to post yesterday. Yesterday I wasn't supposed to eat anything but vegetables and my cabbage soup. I was supposed to stay away from dry beans, corn, and peas. It was hard because we went to my mom's house and she had just made corn on the cob and it smelled SO good. But I stayed strong and didn't eat any. Toward the end of the day however ( Read more... )

...that oatmeal can actually be quite fattening for you? I didn't until I realized that's where all my fat is coming from. Just a piece of advice: don't eat three packets of oatmeal every morning at work (or any other place), especially if it's the tasty kind.
