"Oh, this? Just some drawing supplies. I'm kind of in a rut lately, thought getting out here would help get my creative juices flowing."

"You're an artist?"

"Ah, yeah - sort of. It's more for fun than for a job these days."

An interested look from a respectable distance, but he wasn't going to bother the other if he was truly busy.

Kyle knew that people would probably be curious of what he was doing, after all, and he let out a small "Hm?" at the feeling of someone's gaze on him. He looked up, and noting a familiar face, took a sip of his coffee before giving Roy a grin and a small wave over. "So what brings you out here?" he asked, setting the sketchbook down on the table for the time being.

Roy returned the smile as he came over.

The blond looked over his shoulder and smiled when he saw the sketchbook. Craning his neck a bit, he tried to get a look at what Kyle was drawing. Teddy was just curious.

"But thanks - I've had a lot of practice, and I used to do comics for a magazine or two, so I've definitely been around the block when it comes to art."

"Good afternoon, Kyle." Charles said with a smile. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything."

Charles looked down at the paper then up at Kyle. "Everyone seems to be in a bit of one."

"Well, suppose that's a good thing, at least. Knowing I'm not alone, I mean, not others being in a rut."
