The book The Hundred Dresses by Eleanor Estes is about an entire class of students bullying a single new student. In the story, there was one girl who felt bad about bullying but did nothing to stop it, even though she didn't actually do the bullying. Converting PowerPoint to PDF can be such a frustrating task
A few years ago, I learned a pretty cool and easy way to make prototypes for software. That is, to use PowerPoint and then convert it to PDF. You can add hyperlinks to shapes that can take you to another slide. Much easier than drawing in paint and less expensive than dedicated prototyping tools ( Read more... ) -

Tonight, I attended what was essentially a poster-session of research being done at the University of Waterloo. It was kinda like the UW 4th year projects, but way more advanced. Convocation and Banff
