After a long day of being the only cashier (having to ask for back-up several times for each crowd), I made a boo-boo making change.  (The customer agreed that we were talking and we both forgot if she gave me  $2 0r $20.) The drawer had to be counted, which took over 20 minutes.  I am so grateful for the patience of the customer.  I just wonder
