Am severely annoyed to hear the next Harry Potter movie got moved from November to NEXT JUNE simply because an open weekend became available in the summer.   I mean really people, you think that people aren't going to go see Harry Potter because its not released in the summer.  Come the crap on.  Gimme a break.    Color me super pissed.

So we didn't get another 8 inches thankfully.  Only 3.5 which puts us around 84 inches of snow I think, compared to the usual snow fall to date of 35 inches.  Got the car in off the street thanks to the help of that sweet guy I like to keep around, and my candle lighter (read dumb Jetta design with only one keyhole for 4 doors, and cross reference ( Read more... )

So Partha's entire family is coming in this weekend.  Including his brother and new sister-in-law.  That makes 5 of them counting him.  Partha has a small efficiency.  So the plan is for the brother and sister-in-law to stay here tomorrow.  I hope they stick with this plan as it makes much more sense than cramming all 5 of them in a 375sq ft ( Read more... )

on the upside, losing is made more bearable when you chuck the metal game pieces at the cheater.  (i'm especially fond of the money bag, which is the heaviest of the pieces in our game set, and the battleship which is both heavy and pointy)
